A cool, tasty, refreshing and healthy summer drink with lots of flavour.
Ingredients
1. Raw mango – 1
2. Sugar – 3 Tbsp
3. Salt to taste
4. Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp (optional)
5. Ginger – ½ inch
6. Mint – few leaves
7. Green chilli – 2
8. Water
Preparation
1. Peel and cut mango into pieces and add to a mixer.
2. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, ginger, mint, green chillies and enough water to cover the mango.
3. Grind well.
4. Mix with enough water and serve with ice cubes.
Tips
1. The juice tastes better if the mango is slightly ripe.
2. Add more sugar as per your preference.
3. You can also serve this drink after straining.
4. Honey can be used in lieu of sugar.
