This is a unique, tasty and healthy chutney with a slight sweet and sour taste. It is easy to prepare with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients
1. Passion fruit – 1
2. Grated coconut – ½ cup
3. Green chillies – 3-4
4. Shallots – 3
5. Ginger – 1 small piece
6. Garlic – 3 cloves (optional)
7. Curry leaves – 10-12
8. Salt
Preparation
1. Strain the pulp of the fruit through a strainer and keep aside.
2. Grind curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies and shallots. Add coconut and salt and crush it.
3. Add the fruit pulp and mix well.
4. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
Tips
1. Add more green chillies as per your preference.
