This burger is an all time favourite of my family. It is a perfectly seasoned juicy cheese homemade burger which I am sure everyone will love Sometimes I end up mixing most of the sauces I have, still it comes out tasty. Almost like a Restaurant one..I ended up making this when there was no choice of buying from outside during the lock down.Let me know how you liked it.

Ingredients For the Patties
1. Minced meat – 500 gm
2. Bread crumbs – 5 Tbsp
3. Egg – 1
4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
5. Corriander leaves – 2 Tbsp
6. Onion- 1 big( finely chopped)
7. Green Chilli -3 (chopped)
8. Crushed pepper – 1 Tbsp
9. Garam masala or meat masala – 1 tsp
10. Red Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
11. Corriander powder – 1 Tbsp
12. Salt to taste
13. Burger buns
14. Oil for frying
Instructions for Patties
1. Gently mix minced meat with ingredients from serial no. 2 to 12 above in a bowl.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into balls
3. Flatten each bowl to a thick patty
4. Shallow fry the patties on low flame for 6-8 minutes
Preparation of the special Sauce
Ingredients
1. Mayonnaise sauce – 2 Tbsp
2. Tomato ketchup – 2 Tbsp
3. Garlic chilli sauce – 2 Tbsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
6. Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
Mix all ingredients above to a smooth paste for the sauce.
Instructions for Burger
1. Slice the burger bun and toast on butter.
2. Spread the special sauce on inner side of toasted bun. Keep a lettuce leaf, tomato slices and a patty on top. Place a cheese slice and spread the prepared sauce. Then again place tomato slices, caramalised onion(Fry onion slices in butter till brown with little sugar) and lettuce leaves. (Note: Keep the slice of cheese on top of the patty and heat in a covered pan for two minutes before assembling the burger for better taste).
3. Keep the second half of burger bun on top and fix with a toothpick, if needed.
