MANGO KULFI

Mango kulfi is an egg less no-cook ice cream enriched with fresh mangoes. This is an Indian take on ice cream. This dish will be relished by children and adults alike.


Ingredients

1. Ripe mango pulp – 2 cups

2. Condensed milk – 4 Tbsp

3. Fresh cream – 200 ml

4. Milk powder – 3 Tbsp

5. Mango essence (optional) – ½ tsp

6. Salt – a pinch

7. Dry fruits finely chopped to garnish


Preparation

1. Remove the skin of mango and take out the pulp. Put the pulp in a blender with a pinch of salt and make a smooth puree. Do not add water.

2. Add fresh cream, condensed milk and mix well.

3. Add the milk powder and stir well. The mixture should be of smooth pouring consistency

4. Pour the mixture into kulfi molds and set in the freezer for overnight.

5. Serve garnished with dry fruits
