CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

This is a delicious chocolate cup cake with the taste of snickers. It is a yummy mixture of chocolate and peanut butter.


Ingredients

1. Peanut butter - 2 Tbsp

2. Sugar powder – ½ cup

3. Maida – 1 cup

4. Corn flour – 2 Tbsp

5. Baking powder – 1 tsp

6. Baking soda -1/4 tsp

7. Soft butter – ½ cup

8. Eggs – 3

9. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

10. Refined oil – ¼ cup

11. Milk – 3 Tbsp

12. Dark chocolate grated (or chocolate chips) – 4 Tbsp

13. Cocoa powder – 2-3 Tbsp

14. Hot milk – 4 Tbsp

15. Vinegar – 1 tsp


Preparation

1. Mix the grated chocolate and cocoa powder with hot milk and keep aside.

2. Mix the maida, corn flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and keep aside.

3. Beat the eggs and vanilla essence and add butter and oil. Beat well.

4. Add sugar powder and beat again. Add peanut butter and mix well.

5. Fold in the maida mix slowly and then fold in the chocolate mix slowly.

6. Add 1 tsp vinegar. Mix quickly and transfer to the greased moulds/ paper cups.

7. Bake at 170 degree Celcius in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until done.


Tips

1. It can be baked in a greased baking pan also. In that case it will take 35-40 minutes to bake.

2. I used brown sugar for this recipe.

3. Adjust sugar as per your preference.

4. Instead of vanilla essence you can add orange essence also which gives a different taste.
