A chocolate lovers dream come true.

2. Butter the 8 inch square baking pan.

3. Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt and half of chocolate chips and half of walnuts in a dry bowl and keep aside.

4. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl on a double boiler or microwave the mix for one minute.

5. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar powder.

6. Add vanilla essence and coffee extract (if using).

7. Mix in egg, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

8. Fold in the flour mixture at Step- 3 above.

9. Pour into the prepared baking pan, level the top and sprinkle rest of the chocolate chips and walnut.

Tips

1. If using salted butter then salt need not be added at Step-3 above.

2. Pulling away of cake from the sides is indication of it being cooked and ready.

3. Top of the Brownie may be dry and slightly cracked.

4. Use all ingredients at room temperature for better results.
